About Robyn

Robyn is a spiritual director, giver of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises and retreat giver working in private practice in northern NSW. Her work draws on the wisdom of the mystics for entering and living into contemplative life. She is married with three adult children and lives in northern New South Wales.

Prior to working in spiritual direction, Robyn worked as an academic specialising in the rights and wellbeing of children and young people in law, ethics and education. Her doctoral work was grounded in critical hermeneutics and conversation.

Her life is inspired by the loving desire of the Divine Beloved for intimacy with each of us and with all things, and she enjoys companioning others as they seek to be present to God’s action and loving movement from within.  She is available for spiritual direction face to face,  via Skype or Zoom, and by telephone and FaceTime.

Robyn holds an MA in Spiritual Direction and is member of Australian Network of Spiritual Direction (ANSD) executive, facilitating the Northern Rivers group,  and Heartfelt House Board,  a not-for-profit organisation that provides service for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

I offer my respect to the Widjabul People of the Bundjalung Nation, Traditional Custodians and First People of the land on which I live, work and have my being.
